Middle Product Designer (Full-time)

Worked on improving the core platform, creating new features, conducting research, designing UX/UI, maintaining the design system, and collaborating closely with the development team.

📱 Mobile App Template & Theming System

I contributed to the development and maintenance of the mobile app template used for client-branded applications.

My responsibilities included

  • Working with design variants (colors, themes, components) to ensure developers could generate app builds through the internal plugin.

  • Preparing customized app themes for clients based on their branding (logo, colors, typography, settings).

  • Collaborating with clients to gather brand requirements and translating them into Figma-ready templates.

  • Supporting the design of the mobile app template together with the lead designer.

  • Preparing all visual assets for App Store and Google Play submissions (icons, screenshots), and coordinating with developers to meet platform requirements.

Research & Discovery

  • Conducted competitor analysis

Information Architecture

  • Designed flows for creation, scheduling, joining, managing, moderating

  • Mapped use cases, edge cases, system behaviors, and platform limitations

Wireframing

  • Created low-fidelity wireframes to validate early flows

  • Collaborated with stakeholders to finalize functionality before UI design

UI Design

  • Worked closely with the lead designer

  • I designed the webinar room experience, covering both the admin interface and the student view.

  • Designed the mobile version for the student role

  • Collaborated tightly with developers to address technical constraints and adjust designs accordingly

✉️ Email Builder Redesign

Research & Problem Discovery

  • Analyzed the existing email editor, conducted my own testing, and observed several user sessions to understand how people were building their campaigns and where they were struggling.

  • Identified the key pain points — a confusing structure, hard-to-find settings, limited functionality, and lack of flexibility — and researched competitors to understand modern user expectations for an email builder.

Information Architecture

  • Reworked the editor’s information architecture by simplifying the creation flow, user action sequence, and placement of settings.

  • Defined main use cases, edge cases, and technical constraints that shaped the new structure.

Workflow Redesign

  • Created a new workflow centered on speed, clarity, and simplicity, shifting the focus from manual configuration to a block-based model.

  • Introduced a set of reusable content blocks and designed several ready-to-use email templates, enabling users to assemble campaigns faster and with consistently high visual quality.

📄 User Interviews & Research

  • Conducted around 15 in-depth interviews with B2B users to understand real workflows, challenges, and expectations

  • Collaborated with the support team to identify relevant user groups and recruit qualified respondents

  • Applied structured interview techniques and synthesized findings into clear insights

  • Identified key pain points and opportunities that directly guided the team’s feature prioritization and decision-making

  • Delivered concise reports for stakeholders and developers, ensuring clarity and alignment across the product team

📝 QA, Testing & Bug Reporting

  • Tested real user flows in the Email Builder and Webinars features

  • Found and documented bugs with clear steps, screenshots, and expected behavior

  • Flagged issues that blocked users or broke the main flow

  • Re-checked fixes with developers to make sure everything worked as intended

🔗 Design System & UX Improvements

  • Brought order to the design system by removing outdated elements and adding components the team actually used

  • Wrote simple, clear documentation so designers and developers could work faster without guessing

  • Improved UX consistency across the platform — fixed uneven spacing, mismatched styles, and confusing interactions

  • Designed clean and modern marketing pages that helped communicate new features and campaigns

Company Website

  • Designed secondary pages for the company’s main website to support new product features

  • Followed the existing style system to keep everything visually consistent

Client Websites (End-to-End Delivery)

  • Created around 10 full websites for B2B clients — mostly for teachers selling courses and online schools

  • Developed each website from scratch: structure, layout logic, visual design, and UI

  • Built and fully configured these sites inside the platform’s internal builder, taking them to a fully working version without developer support
